City Skills takes the safety and well-being of their apprentices, employees and partners seriously. This is why we are pleased to partner with Health Assured to provide you with our well-being resources. This page provides our apprentices and employees with key support functions for their safety and well-being. Click the option you require below to access these.

To demonstrate our commitment to well-being, we have partnered with Health Assured who are an award-winning well-being company. Health Assured offer professional support and guidance linked to all areas of health, including mental, physical, social and financial health.

 

Health Assured provide us with a support portal and an app!

 

To access the portal you must use the link found under resources and it will directly log you in with our city skills account. To use the app you will need to download it and use the City Skills code found under resources.

Services include:

4 week programmes

From weight loss and exercise to quitting smoking, there are 13 wellness programmes available to you.

Online Counselling (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is available for people experiencing emotional problems such as anxiety or low mood

Mini health Checks

Mini health checks are used to help you better understand your body's health and areas for possible improvement.

Managing staff wellbeing

Managing staff wellbeing can be rewarding and as well as stressful. HA supply services and information to help support your staff.

Medical Information

Access to over 140 webpages providing information, videos and ways of support for many different health issues.

Webinars

Over 70 videos available to help raise awareness and provide guidance, particularly on mental health issues.

To access the app use the link below to divert to the google play or App Store link at the bottom of the page. Download the app and enter the unique City Skills code. The app also allows you access to a mood tracker and online tracking of the four week programmes.
