A HR Support Apprentice would suit anyone that is new to a role that needs to develop their skills in order to offer more support to an organisation. It is great for new team members or to support entry-level roles.

Our City Skills tutors will guide their journey into HR, starting with the basics before developing more analytical skills.  

Apprenticeships empower your teams to lead the delivery of tailored HR solutions. They will gain the confidence to challenge managers and provide tailored advice across all areas of the business. 

All apprentices must have the right to work in the UK and not have studied a similar level qualification.  

We have developed a learning programme to give all employers within England, large or small, looking to hire a new apprentice or upskill an existing employee the option for individual or group training as part of a larger cohort all with the guarantee of consistent high-quality delivery and engagement.

A People Professional Apprenticeship is best suited to someone with experience or someone already in a managerial role. It is perfect for a current HR team member ‚Äď especially one with a good understanding of your business who needs to develop but has some experience under their belt.¬†¬†
