I am really enjoying my apprenticeship with City Skills, my tutor, Jim Blythe is absolutely fantastic. He is thorough and flexible, taking the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable with the content during and at the end of each session.

When I started, I was a Technical Advisor, and my apprenticeship helped me build the confidence, skills, and behaviours needed to grow professionally.
I am now a Manager, and I continue to use many of the tools and techniques I learned during my apprenticeship in my day to day role.
Thank you so much for your passion and enthusiasm in every session. Your support, guidance, and encouragement have played a significant part in my development and success.

I started my Level 5 apprenticeship with City Skills just a few months ago and have had an entirely positive experience so far! I had Tess Wells as my tutor for the first part of my Level 5 L&D Apprenticeship, and she was incredible. Really engaging and enthusiastic, she brought the topics to life and was incredibly approachable if I was ever stuck on anything. I really rate City Skills as a provider for their clear communication and management of my Apprenticeship, and they have made the experience a really easy and enjoyable process.

The course has been great throughout, from the classroom sessions to the assignments. I want to give a special mention to Sarah Balchin my tutor who has been so helpful, professionally and personally. I have recently completed my level 3 learning and development practitioner apprenticeship. I have felt very supported by my learning coach throughout, the programme and the EPA. The opportunity to learn with people from other organisations was great. It allowed me to see how others experience their roles. I would highly recommend learning with City Skills.

I had a fantastic journey with City Skills. My CIPD level 3 lectures were very interactive and informative. My tutor Louise has been amazing thorough the whole course, she has been very supportive – I will miss her a lot. The whole team was always checking on me and when I had queries they responded within 24 hours.

Tess was such a positive person to have supporting me on my journey. Tess provided very good constructive feedback on my assignments and in sessions helped me understand how I would get through my work being really honest with what I still needed to do, Tess really gave me the confidence that I could do it.
