Learning and Development Apprenticeships will develop skills and confidence to create an effective training framework that can be effectively implemented across your organisation. 

Working closely with Human Resources and other business functions, learning and development apprentices work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to identify ways to improve operational and organisational performance at all levels.

A learning and development consultant will continue to advance their knowledge of professional best practice and align the learning needs with the strategic objectives of a business by ensuring learning and development contributes to improved performance at an individual, team and organisational level.

A learning and development practitioner apprenticeships are great for individuals newly appointed to a learning and development role or existing learning and development employees who need 'significant new knowledge and skills' in order to perform their duties or take on more responsibility.

Our City Skills tutors will guide their journey into L&D, starting with the basics before developing more analytical skills.  

All apprentices must have the right to work in the UK and not have studied a similar level qualification.  

We have developed a learning programme to give all employers within England, large or small, looking to hire a new apprentice or upskill an existing employee the option for individual or group training as part of a larger cohort all with the guarantee of consistent high-quality delivery and engagement.

A Learning and Development Consultant Apprenticeship is best suited to someone with experience or someone already in a managerial role. It is perfect for a new or current team member – especially one with a good understanding of your business that needs further development but has some experience under their belt.
