LO1 – The apprentice must demonstrate their understanding of the products and/or services their organisation provides to its customers. The apprentice must also show their understanding of the external market and sector the organisation operates in.

Start/stop reading	`Alt` + `R`
Navigate to next question	`Tab`

Submit quiz/form	`Alt` + `S`

Note: On Mac, use Cmd instead of Alt.
