🎯 Progress Reviews
Progress Reviews are an important part of your apprenticeship journey. They bring together you, your Development Coach and your Line Manager to review progress, celebrate achievements, discuss workplace development and agree priorities for the period ahead.
✅ Before Your Review
To get the most from your review, please:
🤖 Complete or revisit a PREPARE Coach session within your Student Dashboard in MyPortfolio.
📚 Check that your Off-the-Job Training records are up to date.
⭐ Aim to do this at least 2 days before your review.
🤖 What is PREPARE Coach?
PREPARE Coach is an interactive coaching conversation designed to help you reflect on your learning, achievements, goals, wellbeing, confidence and any challenges you may be facing. Your responses help both you and your Development Coach prepare for a more meaningful and productive review discussion.
💡 Top Tip: Completing PREPARE Coach a couple of days before your review gives you time to reflect properly and helps your Development Coach understand where to focus the discussion.
