Furthermore, 44% of teams face project delays or outright failures because messages didn’t get across, while 31% report a decline in morale, and 25% miss out on hitting their performance targets. In short, we’re talking about a chain reaction of issues stemming from a lack of clear communication.

Take a moment to think about it. How many times have you labelled issues like low productivity, disengagement, or interpersonal conflicts as standalone challenges? The reality is that many of these frustrations could be rooted in communication flaws. It’s a bit of an eye-opener, isn’t it?
