Insurance Apprenticeships

Insurance apprenticeship standards have a broad application across the insurance sector and depending on the business and the needs of the employer provide a development pathway to specialise in a number of areas including broking, client management, underwriting, claims operations loss adjusting, reinsurance, risk management, product and pricing and complaint handling.

Who can do an Insurance Apprenticeship?
Insurance Practitioner Level 3
Insurance Professional Level 6

An Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship would suit anyone that is new to a role that needs to develop their skills in line with business needs. It is great for new team members or to support entry-level roles.

All apprentices must have the right to work in the UK and not have studied a similar level qualification.  

We have developed a learning programme to give all employers within England, large or small, looking to hire a new apprentice or upskill an existing employee the option for individual or group training as part of a larger cohort all with the guarantee of consistent high-quality delivery and engagement.

By completing the apprenticeship, learners can register with either the Chartered Insurance Institute or the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

An Insurance Professional Apprenticeship has a broad application across the industry with specialist units to tailor the programme to best fit a job role of business needs. It is best suited to someone with experience who has a good understanding of your business, and its products and services.
