Customer Support Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving basic product or service issues, and escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner
Logging and tracking support tickets
Providing accurate information about products and services
Maintaining customer satisfaction records
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
