302-3.2: Monitor and record progress against the Personal and Professional Development Plan (PPDP)

AC3.1 Evidence must include at least two development activities identified in the Personal and Professional Development Plan (PPDP).
AC3.2 Evidence must include at least two examples of recording and monitoring progress 0-6 months. Learners may show examples of use of tools such as development logs or journals.
AC3.4 Evidence must include at least one personal and one professional development goal based on outcomes of the evaluation.
