I often find myself reflecting on the importance of balance. The festive season is meant to be joyful, yet it can quickly turn into a sprint as we juggle ILR deadlines, funding checks, and a barrage of data queries. So, amid the chaos, let’s take a moment to breathe and prioritise our wellbeing—after all, we’re in this together!
