1️⃣ Access Student Progress

Click Student Progress in the left-hand menu of MyPortfolio.

2️⃣ Review your overview

At the top of the page, you can see a summary of your overall progress:

• Approved sections – completed and passed
• Pending sections – waiting for AI or human marking
• Referred sections – need resubmission
• Not completed sections – not yet attempted

3️⃣ Explore your courses

Each course is shown in a box with coloured status dots so you can quickly see where you stand:

• Green = approved
• Blue = not yet attempted
• Amber = submitted and awaiting marking
• Red = referred and needs action

4️⃣ Open course sections

Click on a course box to open the course structure and view modules, such as lessons 1 to 4 or lessons 5 to 8.

5️⃣ Review individual activities

Click on any section to view the specific tasks and questions within it, along with their current status.

6️⃣ Take action on referrals

If a piece of work has been referred, click into the activity to:

• View your original submission
• Read the feedback provided
• Click Retake quiz to resubmit your work

7️⃣ Navigate efficiently

Use the expanding accordions and up/down arrows to move through sections quickly, identify outstanding work, and keep track of what still needs to be completed.
