Your group is your learning hub. It brings together your Development Coach, your peers, your learning materials, and your live sessions — all in one place.

🧠How to access: Use the left-hand menu and click Groups. You’ll see your profile at the top and My Groups below.
Your group represents your cohort — this includes you, your Development Coach, and the learners you attend sessions with.
🧩 Main sections of your group
👤 Members
- View your group in grid (large images) or list format
- See organisers such as your Development Coach and administrators
- Connect with other members to send messages
📰 Feed
- See activity updates such as points, ranks, and achievements
- View member joins and document uploads
- React with emojis and add comments
📄 Documents
- Access important files such as EPA overviews and lesson slides
- Organised into folders or individual documents
- Download files for reference at any time
💬 Group Chat
- Discussion space for your whole group
- Great for general questions that others may benefit from
- Not suitable for personal or private questions to your coach
📚 Course
- Quick access to your course materials
- Review learning content and complete tasks
🎥 Zoom
- Join your live lessons (no calendar invites are sent)
- View your schedule and upcoming sessions
- Access recordings of past sessions
