My journey in the business world taught me this lesson the hard way. I’ve encountered numerous teams and organisations that appeared to be sailing smoothly, only to find tumultuous waters hidden underneath. So why is it that we tend to roll with the narrative that everything’s fine when chaos lurks nearby?

The Illusion of Perfection

Take a moment to reflect on your own workplace. Have you ever found your colleagues enjoying a false sense of security? In most industries, people often declare that all is well, neglecting to address the underlying concerns that quietly fester and complicate matters. This can be alarming, especially in fast-paced environments where progress is key.

At City Skills, we’ve come to realise that challenges are a part of everyday life. In fact, they’re the very fuel that drives us forward. The Power of Psychological Safety
