The My Reviews section provides a complete record of the feedback you receive throughout your apprenticeship. It helps you understand your progress, recognise your strengths, and identify areas for development.

1️⃣ Access My Reviews
Scroll approximately halfway down your Student Dashboard and click the star icon to open the My Reviews section.
This area stores all formal reviews and feedback you receive during your apprenticeship.
2️⃣ Understand the purpose of My Reviews
My Reviews acts as a central location for feedback and progress discussions throughout your programme.
Reviews may be provided by:
- Your Development Coach
- Tutors or trainers
- Assessors
- Quality assurance staff
📚 Reviews provide a valuable record of your progress and can help you prepare for future assessments and gateway discussions.
3️⃣ View your reviews
Within the My Reviews section, you’ll see a list of all reviews that have been completed throughout your apprenticeship.
Each review will normally display:
- The review date
- The person who completed the review
- The review title or subject
- Any associated learning activities or progress discussions
Reviews may relate to specific pieces of work, competencies, milestones, or your overall apprenticeship progress.
4️⃣ Read review details
Click on any review to open and read the full feedback.
Depending on the type of review, you may see:
- Written feedback
- Development recommendations
- Strengths identified
- Areas for improvement
- Progress ratings or scores
- Targets or agreed actions

5️⃣ Use reviews to improve
Feedback is one of the most valuable tools available during your apprenticeship.
Use the information within your reviews to:
- Improve future submissions
- Develop your workplace performance
- Strengthen your portfolio evidence
- Prepare for gateway and EPA
- Focus on areas where further development is needed
