📅 Student Dashboard – My Bookings

My Bookings allows you to schedule, manage, and attend key meetings throughout your apprenticeship — all in one place.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to book meetings, what happens after booking, and how to manage or update your appointments.

🧭 How to access: Log in, click Student Dashboard, then navigate to My Bookings.

📝 Booking a meeting

  1. Choose the type of meeting you need (e.g. Contracting, Progress Review, Gateway)
  2. Click your selected meeting type
  3. Review your Development Coach’s availability
  4. Select a date and time that suits you
  5. Check your details (name and email address)
  6. Add your line manager as a guest
  7. Confirm you’ve used the correct email for your line manager
  8. Add any additional notes if needed
  9. Click Schedule Event

📨 After booking

  • You will receive a Calendly confirmation email with your Zoom meeting details
  • Click Refresh in My Bookings to sync your meeting

💡 Note: Meetings will automatically sync overnight if you do not refresh manually.

⚙️ Managing your bookings

  • Reschedule: Click Reschedule on your booking
  • Cancel: Click Cancel and confirm
  • View your meetings in the Zoom Meetings section
