This role of the Development Coach is to be a specialist within their sector to deliver the high quality of teaching and training to develop and inspire the learner through their understanding of the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours of their apprenticeship. The role requires the Development Coach to support the learner through their journey, by delivering exceptional teaching and training, assessing learners work and providing robust feedback and conducting the learner review to provide pastoral advice, guidance and consistency. 

Business Development Executive

City Skills is requiring a Business Development Executive to join their team that is dynamic in their approach in meeting the needs of the business and its clients’ expectations. The individual will be responsible for new business development, this could be from new business or business opportunities through existing clients. The individual will also be responsible for the management of maintaining the relationship of our existing clients through client account meetings. The role will be home-based, however, the role will expect the individual to travel to meet clients from time to time.

Insurance Development Coach

Sales/Business Administrator (Kickstarter)

City Skills recognises that this role plays a critical part in our business, and is at the heart of everything we strive to achieve. In this role, you will be working in collaboration with new and existing clients of City Skills. You will also support the wider business departments in helping them to deliver the promises made and achieve business objectives.
