Improvement Apprenticeships

Every organisation is different, so we tailor our Improvement Apprenticeship offering to suit. We work with a select panel of tutors to ensure the very highest standard of development design to deliver exactly what your organisation needs. We work with you to find the perfect solution for your employees and your business.

The improvement apprenticeships are designed to fit the needs of the business, enabling you to up-skill your teams, drive a culture of lean and high performance and create the next generation of team leaders, supervisors and managers with the top level management skills that allow the business to flourish and thrive.

Through the Improvement Apprenticeship Programmes, your teams will drive high standards of quality, reduce costs, manage supply chains, and avoid waste; giving your organisation a competitive edge and reduce bottom line costs.

Who can do an Improvement Apprenticeship?
Improvement Practitioner Level 4
Improvement Leader Level 6

An Improvement Practitioner Apprentice would suit anyone that has the responsibility to support change or project management or who needs to develop their lean and six sigma skills further.

Our City Skills tutors will guide their learner journey to develop more expert skills.

All apprentices must have the right to work in the UK and not have studied a similar level qualification.

We have developed a learning programme to give all employers within England, large or small, looking to hire a new apprentice or upskill an existing employee the option for individual or group training as part of a larger cohort all with the guarantee of consistent high-quality delivery and engagement.

An Improvement Leader Apprenticeship is best suited to someone with experience or someone already in a managerial role. It is perfect for those with a good understanding of your business and who has improvement or lean and six sigma experience under their belt.
